Sehr lineare arbeitende 12AX7 / ECC83 mit langen Anodenblechen und Spiralheizung, wodurch die Röhre unempfindlicher gegenüber Einstreuungen bei  Wechselspannungsheizung wird.
Wir empfehlen diese Röhre sowohl für Audio- und Highend-Verstärker als auch für "moderne" Fender-Amps mit mehr Overdrive, aber auch als Eingangsröhre in alten Marshall JCM800.

Hinweis: Röhren mit langen Anodenblechen werden klanglich oft als "wärmer" oder "voller" beschrieben, während Röhren mit kurzen Anodenblechen eher einen "strafferen Klang" bieten. Ein Nachteil von Röhren mit langen Anodenflächen ist allerdings ihre größere Anfälligkeit für Vibrationen und mechanische Schwingungen, weshalb sie in kritischen Positionen eher vermieden werden sollten.
