Lampes utilisées et testées en entrée sur un ampli casque / préampli Doge 6210 MK2 sortant sur Senheiser HD 650 ou ampli de puissance Linn sur enceintes Triangle. Ces tubes à plaques moyennes (12mm) ont un bruit de fond très faible, un gain idéal (ni trop ni trop peu comme dirait l'autre), une forte capacité dynamique sur tout le spectre sonore tout en sachant rester assez doux avec l'oreille, des graves tout à la fois ronds et percutants. Idéal pour le Jazz et la musique douce en général, très bien représentée par ce tube. Version balanced obligatoire pour la hifi , merci Tubetown pour le prix et le service, que l'on trouve moins facilement en France. enceintes Triangle.
